Shipping
All orders are DISCRETE and processed through the Australia Post network.
- Flat rate of $4.20 on all orders as we send packages as registered letters (without tracking) to keep shipping costs low for you.
- Extra charge for shipping if you purchase some of our ‘other products’ such as the Green Stash
- Option of Parcel Post (with tracking) at $8.00 on all orders
- Express shipping is available upon request – please email the cannahighau@gmail.com
- We will send a confirmation email upon receiving or processing your order and we are unable to take responsibility for any delays once your delivery is lodged with Australia post.
- Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days via Australia Post
- Orders will usually arrive between 2-5 business days after payment clears. Delivery to NT, WA, & regional areas may take longer.
- We cannot take responsibility for any damage caused during transit
Our Return Policy
- Please ensure you choose the correct items when ordering as we are unable to process returns or exchanges once goods have been processed or posted out.
- To cancel your order, please send an email or direct message our Canna High team as soon as possible so that we can cancel the order before it gets processed. We are unable to cancel once order has been processed and sent out.
- For any faults or incorrect/missing items please email our Canna High team or DM our socials. If any item in your order is faulty or stops working within 7 working days you can return it and we will replace or refund you as per consumer law.
- If you do not report any problems with your item when you receive it, we assume that you received it in good working order without damage. We take no responsibility in providing refunds, exchange or credit for items that you have damaged or broken yourself after the fact. We also cannot accept returns for items that have been used.
